International Council for Small Business The ICSB actively stimulates research in new areas of inquiry through conferences, education/teaching exchanges, small business consulting/advising and global networking. ICSB has more than 2,000 members in over 60 countries.

Kauffman Foundation's Entrepreneurship site  A premiere online collection of articles, guides, and audio presentations on starting and growing small businesses and supporting entrepreneurship.

Global Social Venture Competition  The partners for this competition are the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Columbia University Business School, the London Business School, Indian School of Business, Yale School of Management, and Thammasat University, Thailand. The competition is also supported by several Outreach Partners that include the University of Geneva (Switzerland), ESSEC Business School (France), Catholic University of Milan (Italy), and a consortium of business schools in Korea (Social Venture Competition Korea). Each year, entrant teams from around the world compete for over $45,000 in cash and travel prizes, while gaining valuable professional feedback on their ventures. This is an annual business competition for high and moderate growth companies and non-profits building enterprises that support environmental and other social goals.  The site offers example businesses and tools on topics such as calculating social return on investment (SROI). EFN has supported this competition since 2004 with mentors and judges.
